Extended Warranty Cover

You can expand our usual 3 months parts and labour warranty when purchasing one of our used bikes (which is outside of the Manufacturers Warranty period) by purchasing one of our extended warranties:

• RIDER 6 months cover £79.99
• RIDER 12 months cover £139.99
• RIDER PLUS 6 months cover £99.99
• RIDER PLUS 12 months cover £159.99

The following mechanical or electrical items specifically listed will be covered if the terms and conditions of the warranty (full details available on request) are fully complied with and subject to a maximum claims limit:

RIDER policies:

ENGINE
Cylinder head, all internal bushes, camshafts and followers, cylinder bores, crankshaft and bearings, cyklinder block or barrels, crankcase assembly, cylinder head gasket, push rods, gudgeon pins, connecting rods and bearings, flywheel, oil pump, tappet gear, pistons and rings, timing gear, valves, decarbonising and reseating.

GEARBOX
Manual and automatic internal breakdown of any mechanical parts, including gears, selector shafts and forks, bearings and bushes, excluding all external linkages and motorbike kickstart.

SWINGING ARM UNIT
All bushes and components within the swinging arm unit (excluding dampers).

FINAL DRIVE UNIT
Driveshafts, universal joint, bearings and gears (excluding chains, belts, sprockets and rubbdr couplings).

BRAKES
Brake master cylinder and calipers including internal components, pistons (excluding corrosion or wear and tear).

ELECTRICAL
Starter motor and alternator (excluding external wires and terminals).

CASINGS
Covered if they have been damaged by the breakdown of one of the parts covered.

RIDER PLUS policies includes all the above item plus the following:

ENGINE
Chain and belts (breakage only).

COOLING SYSTEM
Water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, radiator, oil cooler, fan (excluding belts, all ancillaries and damage caused by impact or frost).

CLUTCH
Mechanical breakdown, excluding wear and tear.

INSTRUMENTS
Speedometer head.

ELECTRICAL
Starter motor, alternator/generator, rectifier (excluding external wires and terminals).

IGNITION
CDI unit.

SUSPENSION
Rear suspension unit, loss of fluid, pressure or mechanical breakdown of the suspension joint.

FRONT TELESCOPIC FORKS
Loss of fluid, pressure or mechanical breakdown of the suspension spring.

FRAME/EXHAUST SYSTEM
Failure of structural members, excluding that caused by impact or corrosion.

OIL LEAKS
Leaks that require the removal of the motorbike engine, gearbox or final drive in order to effect a repair.
